What if I start cheating on my partner after we are already married? Can I still get the blakc heart event?

You can't get two most unusual events (and "lucky" variants of those) while married.
I believe you're free to participate in all other 9-10 Heart events if you're OK with losing some favour with your significant other (unless Krobus).
