Será un bug? Queria conseguir todos los logros del juego y me agobia mucho que pase esto

Si cuando interactuás no dice nada puede ser un bug extraño del que nunca escuché. Si entregaste todos los pergaminos y al hablarle todavía no le entendés, tenés que agarrar el manual de traducción en las recompensas de Gunther después de donar los pergaminos.

Instalar SMAPI y CJB ItemSpawner para spawnear el item ;D

that's actually easy, but if u need I tell you

just go to the links
download the two mods
open Smapi and install it using number 1 on keyboard
search on your steam catalog the stardew valley and doin right click go to administrate and watch the installing directory
now export the CJB ItemSpawner on the mod folder

finally open the game with the Stardewvalleymodding.exe (or somethin like that), open your save, click the letter "i" on your keyboard, search "dwarf" and click on for spawning the item


Pd: If you want to uninstall the mods export another time the smapi installer and use the number 2 on keyboard and delete the folder mods on your Stardew directory
