Do them.

Farming - Pretty easy really, just plant as many crops as possible. I usually hit level 10 by my first harvest of Blueberries in Summer. I do my first 15 Parsnips, then plant 240 potatoes that I have to water (Painfully), then on the 13th, I have 240 Strawberries all with Quality Sprinklers watering them. Then in Summer, I move to 320 Blueberries, and in Fall I do 640 Cranberries (Totalling 80 Quality Sprinklers).

Foraging - Do a foraging loop once a week (I do it on a Saturday, the last day before reset). This normally nets you a good 300-500 exp in foraging. Always make sure to cut down the trees in the forest and around the mountains. Plant the season crops too. Get your axe to Steel quality, then unlock the secret woods and go there everyday, it nets you 150 exp a day from the 6 stumps. Just repeat these and you'll hit it in no time.

Fishing - Just fish. By the end of Spring, I'm normally around mid level 9, or close to level 9 if I don't do as much. With enough practice, you can hit perfects a lot more consistently, which gives you more experience. Always aim for perfects, unless there's a chest, then aim for chests as this gives you around the same experience as a perfect.

Mining - Go to the lowest parts of the mines you can. Anywhere from 80-120 is fine, so, gold level. I usually spam level 80 for my gold ore anyways, so, I do it then. Each gold node gives you 18 experience, and the white rocks you see gives you 3 exp each too. Gems can give you anywhere from 16 - 150 (Only diamonds do 150). If you have access to Skull Cavern, then just go there. Mine the higher ores/gems mainly to get the most experience.

Combat - Exactly the same as mining, either do the lowest floors or go to Skull Cavern and kill things there. If you are JUST wanting to aim for combat exp, then don't worry about getting down levels in Skull Cavern, just kill everything on each floor and then go down. Each floor can potentially net you around 100-150 exp if you're lucky. Sometimes you'll get no mobs, or lots of Mummies, but, if you bring bombs to kill the mummies, you'll be fine.

The one I usually always end up levelling to max last is combat. By the time I get to Skull Cavern, it's usually around level 8 and the normal mines becomes pretty slow to level it. But, 2-3 days of JUST combat levelling in Skull Caverns can get you the exp needed. You can easily get 2k+ exp a day in combat if you just kill everything and get lucky floors with lots of mobs. Big purple slimes can get you a good 100+ exp alone.

The cryptically short answer (I know time is of the essence):

Fishing - targeted bait, fish lake until unconscious, don't keep any money on you, upgrade ASAP

Farming - berries and sprinklers

Mining - inadvertent

Foraging - upgrade axe, secret woods, replant tree seeds on farm in rows

Combat - prismatic shard to desert for galaxy sword, serpents in Skull Caverns, cherry bombs for mummies
