the tools and bag get upgraded no matter what i concentrate on, so i don't need to prioritize them.
There's a setting to have a guaranteed chance to get it in Y1 though.
Big brain strategy
I don't speedrun, but my first two years are always very busy.
Once you have greenhouse, you are never limited by seasons any more and can do whatever. This removes some part of anxiety, maybe im weird, but its a source of anxiety.

Having the Greenhouse is a great boost. Everything else can be doable in due time, but the Greenhouse is top proirity for me.
They can die without water. I missed a day of watering due to a festival event and clint was upgrading my watering can and one of my plots withered.
End of Summer: coop and barn built, gold tools
End of Fall: Shed with artisan machines full, Barn with pigs, Iridium axe and pickaxe
End of Winter: At least 1 million $, community centre finished.
Burn out, stop playing, start a new save a few weeks later.
