Where is the new fish?i catch all jelly but i miss a fish what is it?

Probably Goby. Cindersap Forest, bottom of waterfall, quite tricky to aim bobber in the right spot.

yes if you go down to the left side of the waterfall , on the small piece of land, and face south, then fish right there, I got one after only about 4 tries.
