Nintendo Switch not getting any updates?
Why is the Nintendo Switch not getting any of these updates?

I have the game on PC, Switch and PS5 and both consoles did not get any of these updates...

It's much faster to post updates to PC vs consoles. Most console versions won't be updated as frequently because patches either need to be reviewed by the console company or there's an additional fee to upload the patches.

Oh wow! Thats really a bummer... no wonder they say PC Master Race! lool

I think I am gonna review if I will be getting console games from now on... because it sucks that this happens.

Thanks for the info mate!

If it's any consolation, the dev said he isn't going to work on his new game until all bugs for this patch are fixed and the patch is rolled out onto every platform. Regardless, if your PC can run the game well, it's always better to buy on PC for both faster patches and for mod support. You can even hook your PC up to a TV with no issue and use a controller.

Yes thats what I am realizing now... kinda dreamed of being a couch console gamer but it seems I can manage to get the same experience and much more and better with a small custom pc tied to a TV. I think I will make a build exactly for this.

Could always get the steam deck best of both worlds

Seconding the steam deck suggestion. Since I've gotten it, I rarely play on the pc setup I spent a couple thousand dollars on building. Truly the best of both worlds, and I can always hook up a monitor/TV, keyboard and mouse to it with the dock. The one and only downside I've had is the battery life, tho less graphic games like stardew run for a good amount of time. (Oh and you can mod games on it still! It feels like playing on a switch but better.)

You can thank the console manufacturers for this. Especially Sony is known for having some strict requirements, which slows down this process massively. On Steam you're pretty much just releasing it and Steam pretty much only cares about it, if it hurts Steams reputation or finances.

I agree, I think I am selling one of my PCs and getting a steam deck oled :D
