Lobster Bait???????

So I have a beach farm full of crab pots and I tried using Lobster baits on all of them to see if it works and..... it doesn't I get the same amount of Lobster I get when I use regular baits , so my question is: What's the point of having Lobster Baits if it doesn't raise the chance of getting them? It's useless because you can't fish Lobster they should work on crab pots, I would love to see this change.

I put my crab pots down by the ocean docks. Usually get at least one lobster out of the three pots I have there using lobster bait. Often it's double lobsters too.
I've had a beach farm before and it never seemed to be as good a place for fishing as the docks.
