Museum collection - What I am missing?

Does the full museum collection include something that's not an artifact nor mineral? I have all of the 95 items collected, but I still hasn't gotten the achievement. Is there a anything else I should do to get it..? Or is it just my game bugging?

You may have found 95 but did you donate all 95? Till you post a picture of the museum can't confirm anything.

the item will say' gunther wil tell you more if you donate to the museum, probably the prismatic shard since you ..do other things with your first one

I've checked them all, none has the "Gunther..." description. I've counted all of the donated items in museum to make sure I donated everyrhing and there are exactly 95 of them :\

you can use this site to check what you are missing. for obvious reasons this site also contains a lot of spoilers so i'd only use it once you are in the endgame/it's not your first game.
