Crafting Mastery Stuck at 99%

[Alchemy]

I've crafted every item and I'm still stuck on 99% at the perfection tracker. I enabled advanced crafting info, the checkup tool says I'm at 100% (149/149 and all modded items crafted if that matters), I've checked every item on the wiki, and I've even manually gone through my save file. Every source outside of Mr. Qi's perfection tracker says I've crafted everything. Everyone else with this problem seems to solve it by finding some obscure recipe but I've searched everywhere and the only thing I haven't crafted is the multiplayer wedding ring because I'm in single player. Any ideas? I can always cheat for the achievement but I'd rather do it legit.

Did you get all the rare crows they unlock a recipe when u get all 8

[Alchemy]

Used the 'debug crafting' command in smapi and found that there was one item from a mod I didn't know how to craft. Dunno if it's even possible to obtain the recipe legit lol. Hopefully this helps anyone with the same issue
