API Loaded No Error - Modding

New to modding and have used the guide to install SMAPI and mods, however it's not working and I'm not sure what's wrong. Below is the text that I'm getting. Definitely not tech savvy, so please be nice to me ;_;

I dont see the names of mods besides SMAPI, and you have to extract mods into the mod file, except for SMAPI.. Did you check for all the requirements for those mods? What mods are you trying to use?

how are you trying to start the game, thru steam or from your desktop icon?
