Can i have kids in coop mode as non-main player/host?

yeah the non-host players can also have kids. Need to upgrade their houses tho just like the host player.

I don't see why not. I mean, noone cares the children anyway, both MC and spouse are away from the house for the most part of the day and there isn't a way to hire a babysitter, so it's not like the host will have any trouble when you're not online. Just leave the children there as always.

The only differences between the host and the player is the house they're owning, everything else is identical.

So yes, everyone has their own upgradable home, can marry and have 2 kids.
