Can't access Crimson Badlands (SVE)

I've been waiting for Camilla to knock on my door about the crimson badlands for a while now but it hasn't happened.

I've done Qi's quest, met alesia, completed the volcano dungeon and met lance, and gotten the galexy swordcut scene. all of the other warps are unlocked and I'm on 2 hearts with apples. I've already gotten to level 100+ of skull cavern and done both the quests for floors. [spoiler/] I'm on Fall 12 year 2 and I feel pretty prepared to take on this new area but can't seem to get the cutscene to proc.
