Sound getting stuck when snowing/raining
Hey, I have a weird problem that the ambient sound of rain/snow keeps getting stuck. It seems to happen when I'm outdoors during this weather for too long and then it just never stops and continues playing all the time even while loading or during cut-scenes. It's like a 5 second loop with a cracking sound, really really annoying.

The only way I found to solve this so far is restarting the game (until it rains or snows again...) or turning of the ambient sounds :( I searched on the internet for this issue but other players only seem to have glitched audio or the fish reeling sound getting stuck. To clarify, I with mods, but none should change the sounds afaik and I tried turning them off and it didn't help. If anyone has a similar problem or any idea how to solve this I would appreciate it.

Atm I'm at the start of Winter year 2 and it snows every day... This bug makes me not want to play the game as much :(

Verified you game files?

Deleted the game manually and only leave on the mods folder behind, reinstalling SDV then smapi?

Reinstalled your audio drivers? Switching to headphones or away from headphones?

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I already tried reinstalling the audio drivers and verified my game files but it didn't help.
Haven't tried uninstalling yet but might do that next (kinda afraid of f'ing up my modded savegames).
It's not the headphones, the bug persists with speakers and Stardew is the only application that's causing me audio problems at the moment.

Save files aren't saved in the local game folder, so you can safely delete everything except your mods folder.
