Grids with arrows

OK, so I've started a new game on the new map last week. I've since gotten 2 secret messages with grids with arrows on them going in various different directions (and copied to a post-it note). For the life of me I can't remember from my original game what they're for. Can anyone help?

You get some goodies from solving them. One of them is a statue, and the other increases one of your stat by 1 permanently. I'm not gonna spoil the specifics but that's what they're for.

Not too fond of most of the statues. I mostly just stick them in a chest back behind the farmhouse.

Did you find the answers you needed? I'm a big fan of spoilers, so I'd like to give you the spoilery answers just in case you didn't find it already.

I believe you do need to get the actual secret notes before you can put these spoilers into use.

The one with a circle in the middle is about a luck boost. You don't have to follow the arrow route to do it. You don't have to follow the arrow route for the other one either. You just need to get to the place the end of the puzzle wants you to go.

The circle note guides you to the truck outside the Joja Mart. Go to the driver's side (USA driver's side, which is on the left of the truck, or the right of the screen). Talk to the truck driver there and he'll ask you for something. It's a rabbit's foot he needs. Give him that, and you'll get a permanent +1 boost to your luck stat.

The other note guides you to a place behind Lewis' house. You'll be walking into an area where you can't see your own character anymore, so you have to kind of fish around a bit. But once you find it, you'll have a golden statue of Mayor Lewis. You can keep it, sell it back to him, or display it in town. If you display it in town though, it'll be gone the next day and I think you get a dialogue about it, but that's all.
