Report a translation problem
The only side effects are occasional minor animation glitches, and I don't know why the game nails you to the floor for every action - nothing breaks mechanically and turning that off feels like the way it was always supposed to be.

There are also options out there for turning off the clock specifically during dungeons so that part's more resource management than speed check.
Anyway you gotta find some way around or through this because you're missing like six different biomes in just the mines, unique resource spots, monster drops you can't get anywhere else and it's not the only dungeon either.
Well, if you get down to level 30, I think it is, you'll not see either enemy type again. And the music gets better too.
