Raccoon Neighbors Achievements

Anyone else having problems getting this one to pop? Ive completed 9+ deliveries but the achievement does not get triggered.

As far as I know, it's not 9 deliveries - it 9 raccoons (2 adults and 7 kids).
If you have all 7 babies - try to complete another quest maybe?

I finally got the achievement last night. It was adorable. And papa raccoon still asks for stuff in return for gifts. Keeper of Monsters is correct, it's 9 total critters, not 9 quests.

how can i see how many kids they have? all i know is that i have all the trades unlocked in the raccoons shop

Count the number of heads popping out of the house. And add one for the wife.
