I did when i went to get the expanded mod nexus showed me every other mods i need for it and i download all of them and in the wiki it says to extract to mod file in the mods folder which I did. They told me to change the name if i play on steam i do play on steam but they tell me if i don't want achievement and time play i can only click on StardewModdingAPI and play with the mod which i do but i can't see nothing new. Can it be that thing missing?
Did you also get the unofficial updates for PyTK and TMXL? These two are very important additional mods and they are currently outdated on Nexus. You can get the unofficial and working updates for them here[forums.stardewvalley.net]
The expanded mod now also requires three other mods:
Extra Map Layers[www.nexusmods.com]
Shop Tile Framework[www.nexusmods.com]
SAAT - Audio API and Toolkit[www.nexusmods.com]
To update properly, don't forget to clean out all the old expanded folders before adding the new version. I just updated and it seems to be working great!
You mean i delete everything i done today and do it again with those 3 (4 mod one more was needed) ?

Important notes from the changelog:
"Extra Map Layers", "Shop Tile Framework", and "SAAT - Audio API and Toolkit" are now required to run SVE.
It's recommended players uninstall TMXLoader, PyTK, and Custom Music if no other installed mods require them.
In order to avoid issues with updating, SVE files must be deleted from players mod folders prior to adding the new version. Note that this will reset any configurations.
