How do you unlock the movie theater?

once you've finished the community centre, then the night before a stormy day you get a cutscene, unlocking the bundle, which you need to fill up to unlock it. If you went the Joja route, then you get the option to turn the warehouse into a movie theatre after purchasing everything else.
