i dont think so because pc is alwase on a differend version and console is behind in updates. and to be able to play as crossplay both console and pc need to be on the same version. and after every little bug fix and patch they are not on the same version anymore.

lets not forget playstation is very selfish in crossplay. its a wonder if playstation has crossplay on a game.
