Someone Please help!!!

I have a mod named: SkipFishingMinigameDotnet5 Made by Dewmods. After the update it does not work anymore, of couse. Can anyone please reach Dewmods and ask him/here to update that mod on nexus. It will be much appreciated. Thanks!

the game doesnt use dotnet 5 anymore.

also, no one here is going to "try" contacting a random modder from nexusmods and ask them to update a mod, for you.

how about leaving a comment in their post/forum tab in that mod page and asking them yourself, like everyone else does?

Well if I knew how to do that, dont you think I would have done so?? I cant find a way to reach them. Simple as that. But thanks for reply anyway!

Go to the mod page and click on posts, you need a nexus mods account. The author is already looking at the mod to update it.

Perhaps find another fishing skip mod that works with 1.6? They're out there.

Eidee Easy Fishing is updated to work on 1.6 and has more functionality so you can make it work exactly the same as skip fishing minigame if you have Generic Mod Config Menu

CJB cheats menu has that feature built in you dont need a separate mode to skip the fishing minigame

Get SMAPI 4.0 and try a mod called "YetAnotherFishingMod" which does basically the same thing (and perhaps more). I can personally verify it works in 1.6.

hmm, nice i wasnt even aware it had that, i havent stayed in game long enough to look through the mods i got, see thats what i like, this way one doesnt need a ton of mods, cause a few end up having all the features one could want.

^ This is what I use. So yeah OP, if you wish to skip the fishing minigame, then you should give that mod a try.
