siren/horn?

has anyone been hearing some sort of horn during the night? i wasnt sure if it was just part of the sounds at that time or if it had some sort of meaning. this world is on the new update.

Men I hear weird sounds all the time in the game hahaha What´s that loud "wooooank" that you hear some mornings specially when it rains?

I haven´t hear that siren though, or at least I have not interpreted as a siren/horn so I may have, but yeah, there´s a lot of sounds I don´t fully understand in the game.

im not sure what the loud "woooank" is in the rain but i wonder the same thing

No idea. Is it similar to random train event? I only know there are LARGE AS HECK possums at night sometimes. Saw one on my way back from mines circa 10pm.
First thought: "What's that huge rat-thing doing here outdoors?! (Grabs sword)".

No, the train whistle always comes accompanied by the sound of the tracks as the train passes very low on the back, besides you do get always the message as the train approaches town.

EDIT: It´s also very distinct and long, the sound OP is talking about it´s shorter.

the woank I figured was a boss slime or something from the sewers maybe? Since it happens when it rains and we know lore wise the slimes are stronger in the rain
