I believe this to be a bug - ticket gone missing

So, since I don't know where to post a bug suspicion, I'm starting this discussion to relay what happened in my save:
I got a quest from the board to get Alex a dandelion. The board had the ticket x1 icon on it, so I believe the reward included a ticket.
At the same time, I got the main game quest to deliver a cauliflower to Jodi. I got both items the next day and made my way to town.
I gave Jodi her cauliflower, and when I gave Alex his item, I didn't get any tickets.
Here are some hypotheses:

The ticket is not guaranteed.
The ticket will be given only if you complete the quest on day 1 (I did it on the last day).
This is a bug where the ticket 'was given' when I completed my quest for Jodi, but since the ticket is not part of the rewards, it just disappeared into limbo or something of the sorts.
Just putting it out there, I'm not sure what happened but thought I might report this.

I had the same thing two quests with prize ticket rewards. I turned in one ticket and then did the second quest but no ticket. Then a little bit later I got the prize ticket and trying to remember if it was at the prize machine or it came out of a box I found.
Anyway I did get all the tickets I was supposed to get, just not in the way I thought I would!

I had something similar. I got a ticket quest to kill sprites, which I did (last day though), and when I went to hand it in nothing happened. I was really confused so went to the board to get another quest and the same quest from the same person was there, except to just kill more sprites, but no ticket, just gold.
