Linus says he is buying from Pierre's

Is this a buggy new random text line ? Supposedly there are new lines that appear as you sell to Pierre, but Linus doing this is a bit weird. Especially since its just first two weeks of the game.

Linus have tons of money, he just refuses to use it most of the times. Don't forget that he pays very well any request he puts. It's a shame that his past (as Marlon's lost eye and George's condition) never was told, because it makes me think that there is some survivor guilty there.

Yeah but why he would go to Pierre's, he has ability to forage his own stuff. Just felt like the auto generated text does not fit him in this scenario.

At least George's condition is no mystery since he himself tells you the story of what happened to him in one of his cutscenes as you level his friendship up.

Why am I now tempted to write a fanfic about the previous generation, and how most of a group of friends died deep in the mines, leaving only those three as survivors, all thinking it was their fault, and Linus left for awhile because he couldn't handle it, and when he finally came back to town and insisted on living the way he does it broke the other two's hearts, and they quietly try to help him when he'll let them...

XD I don't have the time for another longfic, I mostly write Genshin Impact stuff, but I might do it as a series of connected oneshots or something. If I do it'll be under ElfIcarii on Ao3.
