can't get 10 hearts event with Emily

Got 10 hearts with Evily, saw all previous events, but can't get the last one. She doesn't send me mail. I was married on Shein when got 10 hearts with Emily, could this be the source of the problem?

I experienced the same problem today in an 8 player farm, but I was never married to any other character.
Witnessed all events and started dating Emily AFTER seeing her 8 heart event. At 10, I never got the letter, even after a full week and changing to Fall.

I had the same problem, however I decided to marry her anyways, but I'm not sure if the event is possible after marriage.

I'm pretty sure it is still possible, if it's fixed. You were able to marry her anyways, right?

Ya, it seems fairly evident that a bunch of us are experiencing this bug since the update. It seems they broke Emily sending her 10 heart letter. I hope they know about the bug / plan to fix it somewhat soon.

No hard feelings to Concerned Ape, though. It's just a shame it isn't working properly, unless there is an odd chance of missing a change he did.
Pretty sure it can be fixed, and it most likely will be. I'll keep playing anyways.

Don't worry. I'm convinced it'll be solved. Ape did fix a few issues soon after the update was released.

I saw all her previous heart events, gave the bouquet on her birthday, and then immediately got her up to 10 hearts with a loved gift. It's been two in-game weeks since then and still no letter. I have tried triggering the event without the letter by going to the right location, but no luck. I am not using any mods.

I've been exploring threads and other friends' experience. It is a common bug, post 1.6 update. Unless Concerned Ape changed how the event works, I don't think it'll stay for long.
