where is clay??

now you need TEN clay to build a silo? fine, but WHERE IS THE CLAY? i have hundreds of hours in this game and i know how to find clay. There isn't any now. After 6 days, I have found ONE stems aka worms.


clay was always a stupid bottleneck. you can get clay irl from practically any tillable earth. but no.

This bothers me a lot, not because it is a huge deal, it is a major annoyance, but far more important, it signals a poor new direction in the choices the dev has made, which could mean a lot more bad news.

wasnt it always 10 clay for the silo? i think the best way from what i remember was to use the hoe on sandy patches in the dungeon

it was 5.

Just checked my mobile version real quick since it's still on 1.5 - it was 10 clay to build a silo back then as well.

it's always been 10, going back to 2016.

I got enough clay, after finding I was short, by hoeing all the land around Robin's house. It's time consuming but not that hard to get.

I'm coming up to winter year 1 and have completed the mines... And I've found 11 clay. It's way harder to find now and I hate it

use the hoe more. it literally comes out of the ground when you till soil.
