"A new area has been revealed"

I just started the game on 1.6 on my old 100% save file and got the message similiar to the title after passing the day, any idea what area this is meant to be?

Had you previously visited the Summit? That's supposed to only unlock at 100%.

I think I did, but when i went and checked that area again, it was locked, which is logical since i technically don't have 100% anymore

I had 100% in 1.5 and still have that area unlocked in 1.6 so I don't think that's it.

I found that yesterday, is that it? Is it not there normally in 1.6?

it was added by 1.6
it's related to the 'endgame skills' thing from the patch notes.
when you try to access it before its requirements are met, it will tell you that 'only one who has mastered the 5 ways may enter'
(or something like that)
and it gives you a 0/5 (my new start it did)

think it means if you have maxed out the main skills (farming, mining, foraging, fishing and the other one i forget XD)
the area will open up.
