Long Live Game Manuals
Or should I say get on with it you lazy devs ;-/

Tired of buying games like this without having the more detailed game-play details explained.

I shouldn't be too surprised though as you are patching the game so much to have you have to re-write them.

my brother in christ, have you tried pressing buttons and clicking your mouse

No I never thought of doing that. Being someone of clear intelligence I'd rather you addressed the thread post or chose not to. Instead of perhaps god forbid just being (politely) sarcastic :-)

If anyone feels they can't answer me then fine just don't. If you can then feel free. I would appreciate it. It's that simple.

are you trying to ask about how to play?
Open your eyes, the games tells you how to play. it teaches you the basics.

Are you trying to ask about the game's mechanics or interactions? Again, open your eyes. the main menu is more than a "new, load, option" picture.

There's a wiki with very detailed information. Made by those you claim didn't write anything about their game's fucntions
(edit, wtf since when is a synonyms for mechanics censored?)

https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Stardew_Valley_Wiki

they even paid for the domain. it has picture and words. use it!

Or are you trying to farm steam points?
I'm not giving you any.

Do you also need a fridge manual telling that vegetables are better kept inside the fridge or a wardrobe manual saying how to open the doors?

Stardew Valley does not have "devs", plural.

ConcernedApe/Eric Barone is a one-man-army. He worked on it for 4.5 years, doing everything there is that went into this game when it was first released eight years ago, and everything since. That's in no way exaggeration either, so saying a single dev is "lazy" for not laying all of the (new) mechanics out for you after a major release looks silly. Takes the fun out of exploration, too.

There's plenty of player guides and comprehensive wikipedias out there on the web for Stardew Valley, as well as several subreddits, if you come across questions related to the gameplay.

Gamers are getting lazy. Pretty sure when throwing them in 1990s or 2000s and they would instantly refund the games.

I too miss game manuals. Unfortunately, most games these days do not come with them. I believe it is the same with every format of game, pc, console, & mobile. Thankfully, there are wikis online that can help. I am glad though that most things in this particular game are rather intuitive.

Thankyou - yes we are fortunate in that area :-)

Are these rhetorical questions?

If not, then no.
