Randomly got Pirate Hat in the first few days of spring.

Honestly not sure what happened I was just clearing my farm and when I went to put stuff away in my chest I found the pirate hat in my hotbar. I'm honestly just confused how this could've happen when everywhere I look online the Pirate Hat can only be tailored so just seeing if anyone knows how this might have happened.
