Forest Magic?

Anyone else see forest magic unlocked retroactively on their special items and power tab? what does this mean? I am very new to stardew

More than reactivating I think it´s just the game updating, since now the powers and special items are on a new menu.

forest magic allows you to read Jumino text i.e. allows you to start the community center you can see what you need to gather for the bundles.
