Prize Ticket

I finished a request for a prize ticket and didn't get it. I already had a ticket in my inventory, can you only have one at a time or was it a bug?

It looks like you can only have one at a time. I just used mine and the prizes moved up on the bar. Didn't see anything that looked like an option to use more than one ticket.

My question is can you have more than one in your personal inventory. I finished a request and the award was supposed to be a prize ticket but I didn't get one. Nothing to do with the prize machine.

sounds like a bug, its likely either supposed to stack or keep it in your quest screen til you can claim it. It'll probably be fixed in a future patch. I'd say to just reload the day and spend the ticket first or put it in a chest.

It looks like if your inventory is full, you don’t receive the prize ticket. Happened to me twice so far.

I don't remember if they stacked or not, but I definitely had two at the same time.

I've had this happen to me twice and I didn't have a prize ticket in my inventory already. I picked up the quest from the small board saying the reward was a ticket, but when I turn it in I get money instead of a ticket.

Ya that is what happens to me I have had it happen 3 times and 2 times I had no other tickets. I am pretty sure you always get money along with the ticket. Other people are getting tickets on normal requests so I think they are just bugged. I also haven't had a ticket reward request in like 2 seasons.

So I just had this happen to me (again) and I thought I was losing my mind. Apparently this is a bug?
I had two notice board requests with a ticket reward each. Finished both on the same day. When I finished the second quest I wasn't rewarded with a ticket, only money.
Then tried restarting the day to "fix" this. Did the quests the other way round to be sure. Same thing happened.
Seems like they can't be stacked? But if they can't be stacked why is there even a counter on the price machine, if I can at most have one ticket?

IDK, seems very much unintended to me. So far it has only happened once for me though, and once for my gf in multiple hours of playtime. So not really gamebreaking, but really annoying ig..

Some times the tickets will appear in the slot next to the bulletin board and you pick them up there. Especially if the quest does NOT require you to return to the person who put up the quest.

yes they stack up nicely, i have had as many as 5 before getting around to going to the mayor's house to use them

I had the same problem on more than one ocasion. Finishing two board requests with a ticket as a reward on the same day, but only the first one gave me a ticket

I've experienced this too, several times, so I did some testing.

I never get a ticket if I complete a request from the board on Pierre's wall on the second day, whether or not I have other tickets. I always get a ticket if I complete the request on the first day, and I can have several tickets in my inventory at the same time.

Either the description for ticket quests is broken (you only get the ticket if you complete it on the first day). Or the ticket system is bugged and should give a ticket regardless of which day you complete it on.

Every 3 bulletin board quests gives a ticket regardless if the reward states it or not.
Special Orders each give a ticket, deposited next to that board.

You get a ticket for every third Help Wanted (outside Pierre's) quest completed and one for every job board (outside Lewis's) quest completed.

For those wondering why you don't get two tickets when you complete two Help Wanted quests on the same day this is why.

Thank you two. That makes sense. It's an incentive to complete board quests without thinking about the precious prize ticket

Is that the point of the the 3 stars on the board?
