Suggest some 1.6 mods for me

I'm planning to get into a new farm in the next couple of days, what are some that you can't live without/would recommend?
Although I don't mind something that expands on more "vanilla" gameplay, I'm not that into huge expansion mods.

QoL mods mainly. Most of them got updated anyway.

Data Layers is the type of mod that "should have" been part of vanilla SDV. Incredible useful, helps for better visibility, a must for visually impaired users.

Lookup Anything is another banger. Helps with troubleshooting too. Like why is my tree not growing. And how are my char's exact stats.

Will second Stardew Expanded. It seems like a huge makeover, but honestly, it adds a ton of stuff that just fleshes out the world, and a lot of us generally regard it as THE mod to get for any given playthrough.

- look up anything
- immersive family - a children's event expansion
- unique children and unique children talk
- seasonal outfits - slighty cuter
- seasonal outfits - slighty cuter for sve
- elle's : cuter cat, cuter coop animals, cuter barn animals, cuter horse and cuter dogs

Are there any updated mods that prevent fence decay? I remember it being really frustrating and the only mod I can see is not updated for 1.6.

TimeSpeed is the only mod i feel compelled to use for the game, simply for the fact that it lets you change how fast a day in game takes to pass in real time and/or pause if you want.

I always felt the days in Stardew felt a little too short especially for someone like me who likes to plan things out and always felt rushed when dealing with everything later into the game, so i use it to make the days last a little longer so i can be more relaxed while playing.

Try “Automate”’ if a machine is next to a cheat it will automatically consume the mats in the chest to produce the goods. No more baby sitting ore to smelt it into bars!
