i already have the infinity blade and gavel. How do i get the achievement now? Is it like impossible on my save?

Not at all!

I got the achievement simply by visiting the Adventurer's Guild and purchasing another Galaxy Sword for 25,000G and then saving up 120 Qi Gems for 3 Galaxy Souls before finally returning to the forge in the volcano with at least 60 Cinder Shards. The achievement unlocked as soon as I obtained that second Infinity Blade.

It's nice, of course, but is there any way to do it without making another sword? It's sounds like a waste of resources to do it again :(

You could try to drop it and pick it up again. If that doesn't help, then it's probably only the crafting that triggers the achievement. You could also do it with a cheat mod by just giving you the necessary ressources.

Dos it really matter at that point in the game?
You should be swimming in gold and recources by that time.

hi so i think you just need to obtain it somehow. i was messing around with mods on a second save and put the infinity club into my inventory because i was bored and i got the achievement. but i am trying to craft another sword so i feel like i deserve it

At the time, there were some issues with this achievement triggering properly. It was fixed in a later patch.

I just opened up a save with the weapon, and it gave me the achieve.

I crafted my Infinity Blade in the mini forge (after Mastery...) because I was never able to get above floor 7 of the volcano. But I did manage to make it and enchant it!

yeah happened to me too, at the start of the update it didn't trigger. So I was confused on how to get it.
