Book of Stars Glitch

Has anyone gotten a book called 'Book of Stars' which is purple with a star on it? I received 2 of these out of a mystery box broken open by Clint. When I used them they just disappeared, and I'm not sure if they did anything. I don't recall what the item description said for it either.

Check one of the character tabs, looks like there is a star icon with a bar next to it. might have something to do with that. I havnt been able to find a mystery box yet to find out for sure.

As per the patch notes:
"...Book Of Stars, which grants experience in all skills..."
So presumably gives a one-time use boost to your skill exp - although it is likely not a full levels worth and thus without a mod to show numbers you might not be able to tell.

Thank you.. makes sense that I didn't notice it since I am already max level in everything
