Missable achievements?

Before I dive in, I just want to know if any of the Steam achievements are missable, so I can focus on making sure to get them?

I've seen that some events to get hearts with certain people are missable. I don't care at all about that, UNLESS it stops me from getting an achievement. For example, I believe I need to get 10 hearts with 8 people. If I really mess things up, can that be prevented from being possible in a save?

Is there anything else that I can miss?

There are two achievements that are technically missable depending on your definition of the term. One achievement requires you to fully restore the Community Centre by finishing all of the bundles. Another requires you to purchase a Joja membership and complete all the community development forms.

You cannot achieve both of these on a single save file. If you purchase a membership, the ability to finish any remaining bundles is removed and the Community Centre is transformed into a Joja Warehouse. If you complete all of the Community Centre bundles, JojaMart will close down permanently, preventing you from purchasing a membership.

In other words, you will need to do at least two playthroughs of this game to get all the Steam achievements. All the other achievements, however, can be achieved whenever you want and cannot be permanently missed.

Well iac if this could help I got the plat on PS and tbh it was hell of a journey. It surely is so hard and frustrating but as soon as I got all of them I felt something amazing.

The "missables" as NBOX21 said ; are " Joja Co. Member Of The Year " and " Local Legend ".
These two could be done in one playthrough by some cheesing I guess, you can save your file before becoming a member of Joja Co. member somewhere in your PC. Become a member then finish Joja's tasks then get the file of Pre-membership.

Another important thing, please focus on watching the TV every morning. watch the queen of sauce. try to learn every recipe at first year because some of the recipes are not "missable" but only can be learned so much later on the playthrough.
On the other hand this is not your concern because there is also another achievements that requires patience to second in-game year. like getting the " red cabbage seed " to plant it and donate it for the community center. This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ seed is only sold in the second in-game year this seed feels like a rare gem!

This seed can be sold occasionally at the Traveling cart below the farm "Fridays and Sundays, closing at 8pm". It is guaranteed to be sold on at least one day in year 1 if the "Guarantee Year 1 Completable" Advanced Option was enabled. You can enable the option if you are interested on achieving all on year 1.
