Defense & Immunity - how do they work stat-wise?
I just found left the Skull Caverns with 3 pairs of boots, ranging from 5 def 3 immunity to a pair of genie shoes which is like 1 def + 6 immunity. I understand the stats in general, but how significant is each point in those stats?

Does anyone know how much dmg they reduce/lowered chance of debuff they give u per point?

Yeah, so +10 immunity is the max, but I think it's possible to get up to +12 immunity or something, which to my knowledge is the same as +10.

Defense just lowers damage by 1 from every source. If an enemy does 20-40 damage, and you have +10 defence, the enemy should do 10-30 damage.

Got it - makes sense. I'm kinda tempted to go full immunity due to the stupid slimes in the Skull Cavern then haha (since I'm still pretty far from getting a Slime Ring)

Just don't get hit 4head

Real talk though, getting slimed in the SC can be a death sentence, especially if there's 20 Serpents on your butt.
