Workbench blueprint?

So, um, I accidentally exploded my workbench with a bomb (don't ask, please, if you ask we're all doomed......) and I can't seem to be able to craft a new one from my blueprints. I also don't remember where I got it from in the first place; I only know I'll be lost without one. Is there a blueprint and who can i hit over the head with the hoe to get it?
