When is a bus driver present for the bus?

After you unlock the Bus.... from 10 am to 5 pm

After you complete the necessary Community Center or Joja Co. bundle to repair the bus, typically (I think) between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM. (Might be 9 AM and/or 5 PM. Can't remember.)

10am... but they'll only show up if you have completed the community centre bundle that unlocks it

I've found she seems to show up at random times. In summer, as early as 9 am and as late as 10:30

I was able to get on the bus once, but now I've been back several days and wait around until 11am and she doesn't show up.... Do I need to do something other than get the bus fixed for her to come back around?

sometimes she seems to stay away from the bus stop for unknown reasons. I'd say: booze...

Hm... pretty old thread, you should try searching for "Pam Missing".

Sometimes she does seem to vanish, and there have been some fixes talked about. I'm afraid I don't know the details though.
