I need to make maple syrup

Where can I find a maple tree, and what do they look like? Thanks in advance.

They have larger leaves than oak trees, but they are very similar looking so I would advise cutting one of each down and examining the seeds to make sure, because maple syrup takes to long to make it would be a waste to just get oak resin lol.

i have a maple tree watch for the seeds and i didnt get even 1 syrup in 20 days ...

You need to get Maple Seeds in order to get a Maple Tree or you just can find a Maple Tree around the map (http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Maple_Tree), then you need to craft a Tapper (http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Tapper) to get the Maple Syrup from the tree, you have to place it on the tree. It takes around 7-8 days to get a Maple Syrup according to the wiki (http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Maple_Syrup).

Because you need to put a tapper on it.
