Day 8 Fall, Year 2 - I Have Achieved Perfection.

After Endless Toil And Mild Discomfort We Have Achieved Perfection!


Spring, Year 1 - We have ventured into the periless mines and strive to reach the bottom while farming potatoes and selling what we can for food. However clearing out the entire farm that had become a mess over the years was just as important. I do feel bad for the local towns wildlife though. How will they survive with not a tree in sight?

Gold Banked - 15,000. The road is harsh.


Summer, Year 1 - We continue to explore deeper into the mines but there seems to be no end in sight! Tending to the farm has become harder and the condition of single lone farmer is starting to wane. However our efforts have started to pay off.

Gold Banked - 150,000.


Fall, Year 1 - We have discovered the end of the dungeons huzzah! After much bloodshed and nightmarish horrors we can finally get any material we may need in the future. However the farming situation has become the new nightmare with 400+ crops to water by hand every day. Some days i wonder... Is it worth it in the end... But then i perish the thought from my mind and continue on with a new goal in mind, Sprinklers. At the months end we have managed to make it all automatic saving much trouble but at what cost?

Gold Banked - 350,000


Winter, Year 1 - The winter was a cruel mistress. The fish did not bite and the ones that did we almost always lost. However we embarked apon a massive dungeon expedition to gather enough materials to be able to build whatever we needed in the coming year. Success but at what cost? During our trip we accomplished almost nothing but raw materials and spent over half the gold we had saved.

Gold Banked - 165,000


Spring, Year 2 - We awoke to the hellish nightmare of the start of spring and set out to free our farm from the weed invasion that some how seemed to spring up in a single day. With our massive automated watering system we had our work cut out for us but sadly making the land usable took us 3 days and planting the prized rubarb took another 2. Sometimes i wonder if i am going insane or if i already was. Who is this we i refer to on this lonely farm...?

Gold Banked - 375,000


Summer, Year 2 - Success! We have almost achieved perfection. Now the time comes to fix everything. We build many buildings and paved many roads to day. Will it be enough? Our blueberry harvest has netted us over a million gold! We are rich! Or are we? Shortly after in a minor accident i trip, fall and lose 300,000 gold.

Gold Banked - 975,000


Fall, Year 2 - This Is It! The day has finally dawned apon us! With everything automated and everything perfected is there anything left to do? It dawns apon me that there might be. But what can it be? I have braved the dungeons hundreds of times and even went as far as to deforest the entire town multiple times which i dont think they have appreciated. I have mastered every skill to do with farming as well. But i am alone. I failed to realize that in the end perfection means nothing if you have no one to share it with.

Gold Banked 810,000.

The End.


It was a fun journey.

Also sorry about the greenhouse. The cows never wanted to give me a single large milk to finish it. Along the way i got almost every artifact and every skill maxed which just goes to show you that if you work hard then your effort pays off :D

Sir why are you using Quality Sprinklers and not Iridium Sprinklers? You would save a lot more space. Also, very nice work.

Because farming iridium before you get that statue in year 3 that gives 8ish ore a day is a nightmare.

I would prefer iridium but it really wasnt worth the effort to get when i only get 1 or 2 ore a run even if i do 30+ floors.

About 4 or 5 ingame hours lol.

Having the scythe equipped and holding down the right mouse button helps a lot.

Then you only need to mouse over the 3 plants near you when you hit their row and keep going till its done.

But its a huge amount of gold :D

You should see what i had in the summer before i started fixing everything up.

I was at 2,000 - 2,500 crops instead of the 1,500ish i have now.

Now that was a nightmare lol

I do plan on replacing them but since i covered the entire area perfectly i dont really see the value of them till theres nothing left to do :D

Cranberries is the best.. i got like 50 seed makers and make seeds of all my cranberries. Because that is a nice way to double or tripple the income.

Blueberrys for summer are very close to cranberrys since you get 3 per blueberry bush every 4 days to :D

But ancient fruits are the best at 800 per fruit every 8 days and best of all is that they last every season except winter :D

Time to get a nice boy or girl to share your wealth with right? I lived the complete other way around... I am very popular with almost everyone in town and got a beautfiful wife who makes pancakes for me in the morning and kisses me goodnight. But on the other hand, I am still poor as a homeless in my second year and get myself some fish to survive, yawning for dat big coop I can't afford aor that fine horse stable which seems so far away :( So it's either work n wealth or love and poverty... sounds much like in RL :D

It really isnt, skull cavern has more than enough iridium, just go on a good luck day and bring bombs. I have like 800 iridium ore and 60 bars from runs there.

You get more iridium the lower you go, 50+ is nice

You get recipes from tv, from random letters from friends, and there are a few you can buy. I think I've seen them at the saloon and maybe even Pierre's.

Not something I futz with, really...I find after the first stardrop I'm not hurting for energy and I'm careful in the mines.
