Pickling eggplant (170 ea.) if you can make a fair number of jars.
Blueberry jelly (210)
I think pickled pumpkin was good too but can't recall price on it.
Tree taps are good but again, need a lot of them and if you've chopped most of your trees down etc., out of luck.
edit: you can also endlessly hoe the snow-dirt and get the yams and winter things that pop out and sell those for a fair income, actually. But that's about all you'll be doing...hoeing dirt...
you can also Search for the Winter Root with your Hoe and make seeds with them
Use The Crystal Fruit in The Preserves Jar for big deal
I keep growing them all season long. When it gets close to Spring, (less than 8 days), I keep a stock of 100 seeds for next winter, then Make wine from the Crystal Fruit, and sell the rest!
I did a lot of that my 2nd winter. Culled the wild forest by 80+%. Too much really. Started replanting trees the next summer.
Right now I have 16 preserving jars and 15 kegs, and it keeps the income rolling in during the winter. I actually need to build about 50% of each because I have more fruits and vegs stockpiled than I can jar and brew this winter and will likely sell off a tons on Winter 28.
Other than that I focus on building relationships, practicing fishing, mining and doing the help wanted ads from the bulletin board.
