Year 2 and no Dwarven Scroll IV

Took me really long to get all 4 but after I found them all they dropped all the time. Try killing all the enemies since number 4 only drops from any monster in the mines (according to the wiki).

I'm nearly done with the Annihilation List, I get uncountable replicas of Scrolls I-III, and I know the rate for IV is 0.5% (1/200). Supposedly.

So either it's lower than what's suggested, or I really do just have an extremely high failure rate in RNG.

I'm in Year 3 and I still haven't found that scroll yet.

Well I can only share information from the wiki since I don't know the exact specifications, but the wiki says "Any Monster (Mines)", so I assume Slimes are included.

I got Dwarven Scroll IV twice. In the first spring. Of the first year. Same mining run actually, it was really weird. Those seemingly random events when the green fog shows up and you get bombarded by the flying maggots. All sorts of drops during those.

Also maybe your luck affects some drops in mines, like artifacts or what you can dig when you use the hoe on the ground, not sure about that though

Use the hoe on the dirt in the mines, try around level 90~100

I got dwarven scroll 1 and 4 in there like 3 times today just from tilling

I honestly didn't know the scrolls were rare, i found like 3 of each by the end of the mines...

as others have said, mobs drop them alot.

you have to hoe the worm tiles on the ground//hoe the dirt in the mines around level 81-on.
