Need help in the quest "introduction"!

First off let me say that this is one of the best games i have played in a loooonnng while, and i just got done a 4 hour session and im still not done the quest "introduction", i have one person left to meet and i just cant see to find them. If you have any tricks or tips on how to find everyone that would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I think the last person I have to meet is Sandy because that's the only name I don't recognize. ( thanks to PsychGamer for the link )

Well, the wiki lists most of the townspeople's schedules. Just find their picture and you'll find the person you're missing.

Some common stragglers are Harvey, who is often only in the clinic, Sebastian, who usually only comes out of his room in the evening to smoke, Elliot, who is usually wandering around (often near leahs cabin or the beach) and Wizard, who you'll only see once you start doing another quest.

Also, the Wizard doesn't count toward the initial introduction quest.

you don't have to talk to sandy, but shopkeepers don't count if you talk to them at the counter, you have to walk up to them for it to count.

Is there a bug where Harvey is missing? he never seems to be at the clinic even when its open.

Sometimes Harvey is in the back room.

As for the missing person, can you describe who you haven't met? Wizard is the one on the list that shows but is not required.

After the cutscene with Willy go into his shop n go round the desk to talk to him, I had the same issue and found out that it was him I had to go and talk to.

The behind the counter thing is where it got me. Had been to the blacksmiths and Pierre's but hadn't gone round the other side and talked to them. Got them all but now they expect gifts, needy bunch that's for sure.
