I'm not arguing. I'm just curious. I've already given my opinion on the best way to farm Iridium, but it takes two years to start, so it's not a "speedy" solution. Also, the OP never specified a deadline.

Quality sprinkler work just fine, with 4 of them disposed in a square shape you can water 32 crops, so 12 quality sprinklers (8*12 = 96) are basically worth 4 iridium sprinklers (24*4 = 96). You just lose 8 tiles in the process, which is neglectible outiside of the greenhouse

Head to the scull cavern on a lucky day with a stack or two of stone for stairs. From level 50 onwards you are nearly garenteed at least one iridium ores deposit per level.

Apart from making crystalarium, iridium is basically useless in mid-late game. IMO battery is harder to get than iridium. Skull cave, the Purple/Gold Cat Statues(Fortune/Perfection) and omni geodes are a good source of iridium. I recommend min/max with ancient fruits and berries, then go to the casino to buy 10 golden cat statues.

Fastest and most effortless iridium generating guide:

1. make an ancient fruit farm (sleep for 9 days)
2.buy out omni geodes from the desert shop and hammer those babies up
3. use profit to created a crystalarium room
4. convert all your gold into statue of endless fortune
