Can't attach bait?

I've got the fiberglass rod, but no matter how much I try, I can't attach the bait by right-clicking on the rod in my inventory with the bait active -- notning happens. Is this a bug?

SOunds like one ... if you actually have the bait selected and rightclick on the Fiberglass (or Iridium) rod, it should get put into the bait slot of the rod.

Unless, probbaly, you have already a differe43nt kind of bait inthis lot (there are 2 kinds, bait and wild bait ... the latter one is a recipe from Linus)

press E to open inventory > right click bait like you want to move it > left click your fiberglass rod > the bait should be gone from your inventory and moved to the rod's bait slot

that should do it.

left click the bait in your inventory to hold it with the cursor, now right click the item that has a 'bait' inventory slot, and it'll go in.

No, fiberglass will have a icon slot for bait item. and Iridium rod shows two slots for bait and bobber.

I can only attach bait if I open my inventory by pressing the E button on PC. Then it works just fine. Choose bait, move to rod then press right click I think. . It will attach.
