Water bubbles that last all day, is that normal?

I went to the east beach dock and saw some bubbles in the water around 2pm I think, and they never stopped bubbling. It just lasted all day and night until my energy ran out around 10pm. I caught more fish than I ever have in one day though!

Is that normal though? Usually they disappear after a few casts, but this one didn't.

I think its RNG.. I've seen it in the hidden forest pond to.. and seen ones last one fish..
