I have built a Keg and a Preserves Jar. How long does it take to make Wine or Jam in these?

Hello I just built the Preserves Jar and a Keg. I put some fruit in each one and they have been going for three days and still havn't stopped making with the same fruits in them both. Are they glitched or do they just take a long time?

Wine takes 6 days on the keg. The preserves jar also takes a while, but I don't remember how long exactly.

It depends.

Fruit takes, I believe, 2 days to make jelly (preserves jar) and 6 days to make wine (kegs).
Vegetables take, I believe, 2 days to make pickles (preserves jar) and 4 days to make juice (kegs).

(The Preserves Jar is actually, per the wiki, 46-54 hours. My personal experience is that it seems to take longer than that, but that may just be impatience talking.)
