Better weapon

I was wondering how do you get a better weapon after the wooden blade? :)

Yes, every like 10-20 levels in the mine you either can find a new weapon, or buy it from adventure guild. or one you can fish up somewhere.

From the adventurer's guild you can buy some! Or you can get another weapon from a box on floor 20 or 30 in the mines I think.

Word of advice if your simi good at fishing and you dont mind spending a little bit of gold for soup that willy sells you can sometimes get a really good sword out of fishing if you pull in a chest.

There are also weapons and rings given as rewards for monster killing goals on the adventurer's guilds. The killing bugs goal gives a very nice sword. The one about killing dust sprites awards a very good ring.

Don't be sad if you aren't. I have caught almost all the fish but never got the sword Prof_Gameatron mentioned, not even at lvl 10 fishing. It's pretty random, and it seems some people got it on their first spring with fishing lvl 1. =P
