Carpenter's shop in bed all day!

Ever since I installed the chicken coop on my farm, everyone in the carpenters shop will not get out of their rooms, no matter what time of day it is. I'm at 21st of fall, and I first noticed this on the 1st of fall when I wanted to upgrade my house... but they are never awake! Ive been checking every single day too. Heck even one time I stayed inside their house from 9am-9pm, and another day going in the house every hour, but still they never leave their rooms. It's like their AI has stopped working. Is this a known issue?

The only time I read about a similar bug the person was using a mod that was causing the issue. Are you using any mods?
