One morning, Marnie came to the cabin to ask me for a cave carrot. ONE CAVE CARROT. Carrying 21 cave carrots, I went to her house - but after a short cutscene, I left the house with NO CAVE CARROTS.

Apparently Marnie wasn't satisfied with just one. No, she wanted all of them. I had to restart the day just to keep the rest of my carrots.

I hate Marnie so much right now.

Yes, you need to be careful about that. Always bring 1, ALWAYS, unless they specify a certain number.

Something similar happened to me. I got Lewis for my secret Santa thing at the winter star festival so I looked up what he liked on the wiki. Turns out one of his favourite things is Autumn Harvest or whatever that dish is, which I happened to have 5 of sitting in my fridge (I think I got them from completing a junimo bundle).

So I took the whole stack to the festival and gave him his gift, expecting to have 4 left over but when I left the festival, I had none. Lewis took all five plates. I wasn't too miffed about it since they probably would have just sat in my fridge forever anyway, but okay then, Hungry Hungry Lewis...
