Because there is space on the greenhouse where you can't plant but can put beehives. The flower on the other hand would truly be a waste of greenhouse space.
They are different maps, it won't work, the beehives have a small range around them where the flower needs to be and the greenhouse is on another map, also fairy honey is 680, up to something around 780 if you get gold, not even 800, ancient fruit is 825 multiplied by 4.5 by the keg and the artisan perk so you'll sell each ancient wine for something around 3700, you're not supposed to sell the fruit directly.
Because I have zero ancient fruit and if bee works, fairy rose honey is bigger money than starfruit but less chore.
wine is 3* fruit value
http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Artisan_Goods#Keg
honey doesn't get any star. all artisan goods seem like that, just standard quality, no silver or gold star.
Please read again, I said the multiplier of the wine AND the artisan perk, 3x from wine, 1.5x from perk, 4.5 total.
But you're right about the honey, I forgot about it, but no it's not all artisan goods, mayo and cheese can be gold star.
